How to Book
Seal Waters is available for weekly lets, running Saturday to Saturday. To check availability or make a booking enquiry, please get in touch directly. We are happy to answer any questions and guide you through the booking process.
Rates
Prices are per week for the whole cottage. Please get in touch to check availability for your preferred dates.

- Prices are for the whole cottage (up to 4 guests).
- A refundable security deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Electricity and heating are included in the rental price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. As a guide: cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival receive a full refund of the rental payment. Cancellations within 8 weeks may be subject to a charge. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
Terms & Conditions
- The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement — please enquire when booking.
- The cottage is not suitable for hen or stag parties or large gatherings.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported promptly.
